What's happening at the Sanctuary:

We received another pickup-style camper that is in pretty decent shape. It needs a bit of repair, because it was tipped over by a horse, but has most of the amenities intact.

We are slowly continuing to bury the water line. We added another faucet to reach an area we previously had to carry water to.

The permanent, large water tank needs adjustment. We put in the liner without filling it with water -- MISTAKE!
The next day we had some powerful winds that tore it to shreds. We also realized that it needs to be a bit smaller so we will remove a 2-foot section. before putting in a new liner.

The wind also blew the roof of the composting toilet house off. The tin roof just didn't hold up, so we are putting up a plywood base with some asphalt roofing.

The cold frames are incubating some romaine lettuce and a few other veggies. It will be time to put in the spring garden soon. The fruit trees are blossoming early and the herbs are coming out of their winter dormancy.

There is a possibility of some more funding soon -- we are staying hopeful. It would be great to start building some eco-domes this year!

One other thing -- I posted the Sacred Garden Sanctuary on the ic.org directory so we may start getting more interested people.
