The following is an excerpt from the Articles of Incorporation, and is therefore written in a very detailed manner with an ample portion of legalese and religious terminology.
Divine Intentions
The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole holds that divine revelation is an ongoing and never-completed process and that such divine revelation may occur at any time, in any form, through any being or circumstance. The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole makes no plan that cannot be altered in response to divine calling or guidance.
With respect to human potential, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole, through divine inspiration and guidance, understands the Creation and the Law of Nature in the following way: that every human being is endowed in ventre sa mere with the potential for ever-expanded consciousness, the ability to perceive not only through the physical senses, but also through the capacities of emotion, intuition, spiritual connection, creativity, and self-expression.
Through these capacities, each individual may choose to seek inspiration and guidance, to explore, discover, and express His unique calling, purpose, and mission as these evolve throughout one’s lifetime. Humankind are creatures of free will. Each natural man and woman is endowed with certain inherent and unalienable rights, among which are the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These God-given rights, among others, comprise the birthright of humankind
No matter what divine inspiration or guidance each may receive, ultimately every man, woman, and child chooses, from consciousness and conscience, His thoughts, beliefs, and acts. The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole holds that this free will is inherent in our species, inseparable from Creation itself, and that the freedom and resources to pursue life's journey are among each individual’s unalienable rights, indivisible from the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole articulates principles for lliving, which do not constitute dogmatic beliefs but rather provide guidance to the congregation it serves, and to all others who express interest in choosing consciously how to live. The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole teaches and encourages practices and activities that promote personal and spiritual growth, bringing healing in all dimensions and at all levels, and creates programs and provides resources to encourage and support all others who express interest in learning about, understanding the meaning of, and exemplifying the intent of its teachings.
The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole and the congregation it serves, holds as sacred the innate knowing of the spiritual Self as Christ Consciousness within. As a conduit of the Christ Consciousness within, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole joyfully serves to facilitate healing and development on all levels: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
Harmony with Creation
If thou receivest thy Mother’s angels
And if thou doest her laws,
Who doeth these things shall never see disease
For the power of our Mother is above all.
She hath rule over all the bodies of men And all living things.
—from The Gospel of the Essenes, Book III, The Earthly Mother
It is our sacred duty to respect and honor our Earthly Mother, in accordance with Natural Law. This sacred duty includes an awareness of our impact on nature in every aspect of human existence, and harmoniously aligning human existence with Nature. This sacred duty includes human intervention to clean up, nurture, and replenish ecosystems and populations from damage and degradation our Earthly Mother has suffered.
It is also our sacred duty to cultivate healthy, nutrient-rich vegetables, fruits nuts, and seeds in abundance for our own needs and for those who are hungry and in need of food. In conjunction with this, it is our calling to:
- Maintain seed stocks of food plants and share them with others in need.
- Pursue food-plant cultivation with love and respect for Nature and its Laws.
- Work with Nature, using organic techniques to replenish and build up perennial food-producing ecosystems, while shunning the use of poisons and chemical fertilizers.
- Teach others the way of the Law, to respect the Earthly Mother, and the best available methods needed to bring forth an abundance of food year-round and sustainable for future generations.
We take seriously the Biblical commandment “Thou shalt not take the life of any living thing”. We perceive our acting with honor and respect toward wild creatures and wild places as responsible conduct. It is our sacred duty to consider the needs and well being of these wild creatures and wild places as we interact with them, to evaluate the impact of our acts upon them, and to behave so as to preserve life, balance, harmony, and well being in the Creation, both for our future generation’s human progeny unto posterity and for these creatures and ecosystems themselves.
The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole is divinely guided and ordained to teach and act with respect and care for the Earthly Mother, for the earth and all its creatures and all else that is of the earth, that we may indeed be fruitful and replenish the earth as we multiply and fill it, and that we may bring forth abundantly and support all other life forms in doing the same.
Living Foods
Health is vitality in all its forms. Health is having abundant mental and physical energy to pursue one’s dreams; it is having full use of all one’s faculties and capabilities, that one might do one’s best in every undertaking; it is the deep connection with family, friends, other like-minded individuals, that one may stay emotionally and socially balanced; it is being fully present physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole holds that the pursuit of exuberant health and boundless vitality form part of the birthright of every creature, indivisible from life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We believe that every creature, from the moment of its inception, bears within it a vast, innate intelligence encompassing all knowledge and all capacity to act on its own behalf, to grow, develop, and reproduce; to monitor, maintain, and repair itself; to interact constructively with other creatures and with the physical world, and to seek continually its most vital, thriving, healthy state.
And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food. And to every beast of the earth, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning, a sixth day.
—Genesis 1:29– 31
But Daniel resolved that he would not defile himself with the king’s rich food, or with the wine which he drank; therefore he asked the chief of the eunuchs to allow him not to defile himself. And God gave Daniel favor and compassion in the sight of the chief of the eunuchs; and the chief of the eunuchs said to Daniel, “I fear lest my lord the king, who appointed your food and your drink, should see that you were in poorer condition than the youths who are of your own age. So you would endanger my head with the king.” Then Daniel said to the steward whom the chief of the eunuchs had appointed over Daniel, Hanani’ah, Mish’a-el, and Azari’ah; “Test your servants for ten days; let us be given vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then let our appearance and the appearance of the youths who eat the king’s rich food be observed by you, and according to what you see deal with your servants.” So he hearkened to them in this matter, and tested them for ten days. At the end of ten days it was seen that they were better in appearance and fatter in flesh than all the youths who ate the king’s rich food. So the steward took away their rich food and the wine they were to drink, and gave them vegetables..
—Daniel 1:8– 16
Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat (meaning, “sustenance”).
—The Essene Gospel of Peace, volume 1, p. 37
It was said to them of old time: ‘All beasts that move upon the earth, all the fish of the sea, and all the fowl of the air are given into thy power.’ I tell you truly, of all creatures living upon the earth, God created only man after his image. Wherefore, beasts are for man, and not man for beasts. You do not, therefore, transgress the law if you kill the wild beast to save your brother’s life. For I tell you truly, man is more than the beast. But he who kills the beast without a cause, though the beast attack him not, through lust for slaughter, or for its flesh, or for its hide, or yet for its tusks, evil is the deed which he does, for he is turned into a wild beast himself. Wherefore is his end also as the end of the wild beasts. … But I do say to you: Kill neither men, nor beasts, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth. For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death. For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything which kills your bodies kills your souls also. And your bodies become what your foods are, even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are. Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also.

‘Thou shalt not take the life of any living thing”
—The Gospel of the Essenes, volume II, p. 26
Although the Noahide and later Mosaic Covenants permit the eating of flesh and perhaps the cooking of food, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole understands and is divinely guided and ordained to exemplify and teach according to the Original Mosaic Covenant recorded by the Essenes which states that health, vitality, and a positive spirit in life emerge most fully when we human beings eat according to our original design as it was in the beginning in the Garden of Eden. That is, it is inherent in the Law of Nature, that we consume primarily living food—fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. Therefore, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole practices and teaches the eating of living food as the primary diet and avoids foods with which mankind has tampered by way of bioengineering, genetic engineering or adulteration, chemical additives or treatments of any kind or applied in any manner, chemical processing (such as preserving or bleaching), microwaves, irradiation, or by any other means. Further, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole practices and encourages people to limit or eschew entirely consumption of animal products and cooked food. In carrying out such practices and teachings, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole honors and respects the beliefs and practices of others, recognizing that what each individual eats is His own private concern.
Laying On Of Hands
And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, By stretching forth thine hand to heal; …
-- Acts 4:29-30
And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him. So when this was done, others also, which had diseases in the island, came, and were healed:
-- Acts 28:8-9
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
-- I Corinthians 12:28
The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole practices and encourages others to practice healing by the Laying on of Hands. Through meditation, a stronger connection with Holy Spirit can be gained and the channel for the healing energies is purified. Laying on of Hands is a sacred act of faith, which when combined with prayer and the faith of the receiver, is effectual.
Spiritual Development

-- Ephesians 6:7
The development of consciousness and the spiritual centers within are a key intention of The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole. To accomplish this, The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole pursues seven practices and admonishes and teaches others to engage in the same. These practices include and are not limited to the following:
Self-remembering
is a practice that helps one to be awake and aware of his/her current psychological and spiritual state. Without this, one cannot develop spiritually or act from the higher spiritual centers. Self-remembering involves an effort to remember one’s self and the focusing of attention on both one’s own self and what one is doing.
Meditation
is a practice that can stop the aimlessly wandering mind and produce a state of tranquility and bliss. Meditation is listening for the knowledge and understanding that comes from the divine Spirit within. Meditation releases blockages that hinder our connection to God.
Scripture study
is an important practice, as it allows one to connect with ideas and inspirations from those who have higher spiritual knowledge and wisdom. It includes study of the Holy Bible, and other sacred scriptures from all religions and esoteric schools asThe Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole deems appropriate.
Prayer
is a practice that helps to make our intentions clear to God and ourselves, and acts as a catalyst for positive action in the realm of the spirit.
Detachment
is a letting go of expectations and desires concerning people, material things, and outcomes. It is becoming free from the illusion of identification with current life situations and the many false “I’s” that constitute our psyche. Instead of relying on material things as a source of joy and satisfaction, it is finding joy that is within the human spirit that connects us to God. It is aligning our actions to the will of God, opening our experience to new horizons, where spiritual growth isactivated.
Compassion
is love, sympathy, and respect for all men and women and all creatures. It is recognizing our connectedness with all, and a relinquishing of attitudes of superiority and arrogance.
Service
is transforming guidance into action, such that one may live according to one’s calling; it is extending oneself into the world, leaving the Creation in a better state and raising the consciousness of humanity to one of a sevenfold peace in harmony with one another and with God; it is about giving without any expectations. Service gives opportunities for spiritual growth through experiences and interactions with others and taking responsibility. Service is also an important outlet for the expression of love.
In summary, self-remembering is the gateway for the other practices of meditation, prayer, scripture study, detachment, compassion, and service. Meditation, prayer, and scripture reading reinforce our connection with God; detachment keeps us from getting sidetracked from our calling; compassion keeps us in right actions with respect to our fellow man and the creatures with which we share this earth; and service reinforces our connection with humanity. It is the strong belief of The Office of the Overseer of Seven Angels Ministries, and His Successors, a Corporation Sole that these seven spiritual practices faithfully carried out will result in spiritual development and growth, leading to deeper connection with God, resulting in the joy and fulfillment that all men and women seek.
